To ensure a comfortable, safe, and joyful weekend for everyone, our team is currently conducting on-site reconnaissance. We are viewing the entire venue through the lens of our guests, focusing on these 7 critical categories:

Your peace of mind is paramount. We are rigorously checking site security, including controlled access to the venue, safe and well-lit parking areas, adequate nighttime lighting on all pathways, and overall premises safety. -
🚶 Mobility & Accessibility
We are assessing walkways for trip hazards, noting the presence of stairs, measuring walking distances between key areas, and checking for heavy doors to ensure effortless movement. -
🔊 Acoustics & Sound
We are testing spaces for echoing and ambient noise to guarantee that all 120 guests can converse comfortably without straining to hear one another. -
💡 Visuals & Lighting
We are evaluating both natural and artificial lighting to ensure all spaces are bright enough, and that directional signage will be clear and easy to read. -
🪑 Seating & Comfort
We are inspecting the chairs for proper ergonomic support and mapping out quiet, comfortable resting areas scattered throughout the venue. -
🚑 Medical & Emergency Readiness
We are verifying the proximity of emergency exits, the accessibility for first responders if needed, and identifying a secure location for a basic first-aid station. -
🍽️ Dietary & Catering Logistics
We are reviewing the dining layout to ensure food stations are easily reachable without crowding, and confirming the kitchen's ability to safely manage specific dietary requirements.
